Rental condo is stuck in poor condition
About ten years ago, I purchased a small condo on the outskirts of Phoenix, Arizona, and i invested currency into new windows, HVAC, sizzling water tank plus appliances.
I had the condo professionally painted inside plus out, at the time, I was still living plus toiling in the northeastern part of the dealer.
My plan was to rent out the Phoenix condo until I was ready to retire, the rent would pay the mortgage. I knew that after renting for ten years, the condo would require a fresh round of renovations plus repairs, but however, I was not expecting the disaster that I discovered. I’d relied on a condo management business to handle my leaseholders plus repair on the property. They were really lax. When I showed up, hoping to transport into my Jacksonville home, I was unpleasantly surprised by the rotting porch, broken windows plus peeling paint. There was evident termite infestation, mold growth plus water harm. There were holes in the walls, missing light fixtures plus the majority of the appliances needed to be replaced. I had no desire to live in such a dilapidated home. I decided the best option was to sell plus invest the currency into better accommodations, however unfortunately, the condo proved impossible to sell in its poor condition. I was also in a bit of a hurry. I had already sold my condo up north plus was living out of a hotel. To expedite the process, I sold the Phoenix condo for currency. I worked with a currency condo buyer who proved truly helpful. I got a currency offer the same day I made the request. I was able to skip formalities such as inspection plus appraisal. There were no realtor fees, closing costs or delays. I wasn’t expected to update, service or even wash the house. The former leaseholders had left behind quite a bit of debris plus garbage, plus I didn’t need to deal with it. I simply signed multiple paperwork, handed over the keys plus walked away with the purchase amount.
