Friend commanded money dwelling customer

When a buddy of mine told me that she had sold her dwelling for money, I was skeptical.

She highly commended this alternative to a convention sale, although I was upset that it was some kind of scam.

I thought my buddy was somehow earning a commission by convincing others to sell their houses for money. I am upset that if I contacted a money dwelling customer to get an offer, I’d get bombarded with companies trying to buy my dwelling for really little money. It seemed really possible that the supplier would provide an especially low offer and then sell my information. However, I was interested in the quick turnaround of the process. I liked the chance of selling without dealing with a dwelling inspection, lending qualifications or real estate agent fees. I was reluctant to make major repairs and renovations on a dwelling that I wanted to vacate. I didn’t want to invest in a brand new roof, air conditioner, water furnace and electrical wiring for someone else to enjoy. Blessedly, I knew all of those things would be requirements if I needed a customer to secure a bank loan for a mortgage. I finally filled out the online contact form. The offer came back in a matter of hours and was quite sufficient. There was no obligation to accept. Once I agreed to it, everything moved ahead really swiftly. The closing process was easy and hassle-free. I had the full amount in hand in under two weeks. I was able to transport it out of the dwelling without even cleaning it. The money customer accepted it in “as-is’ ‘ condition.
