Friend commanded money dwelling customer
When a buddy of mine told me that she had sold her dwelling for money, I was skeptical.
She highly commended this alternative to a convention sale, although I was upset that it was some kind of scam.
I thought my buddy was somehow earning a commission by convincing others to sell their houses for money. I am upset that if I contacted a money dwelling customer to get an offer, I’d get bombarded with companies trying to buy my dwelling for really little money. The offer came back in a matter of hours and was quite sufficient. There was no obligation to accept. Once I agreed to it, everything moved ahead really swiftly. The closing process was easy and hassle-free. I had the full amount in hand in under two weeks. I was able to transport it out of the dwelling without even cleaning it. The money customer accepted it in “as-is’ ‘ condition.
